The National Landscape Conservation System - Action Needed

This is a report from the Land Rights Network regarding HR 2016, putting national park like regulations over 26,000,000 acres of multiple use BLM land. The NLCS will convert millions of acres of now accessible BLM land into park-like areas with park-like regulations and will be gradually managed like a park. Gradually existing uses will be strangled out of existence.
