Toffee Cheesecake Ball
-from: Lori Bammerlin
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. BUTTER, no sub, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 T brown sugar
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c Heath toffee bits
3/4 c finely chopped pecans or walnuts
-Beat Cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy
-Gradually add sugars, beat until just combined. Stir in toffee by hand
-Form into a ball, chill and then roll in nuts
Serve w/graham crackers or graham sticks
