If you’re a woman in agriculture who wants to be more connected, more involved, and part of something meaningful you’re in the right place.
If you a Member-at-Large or live in a state without an affiliate it can be difficult to find connection, leadership opportunities, and a place to fit in, connect or recharge.
You belong in American Agri-Women and we created a way you can stay involved and engaged.
That’s Why We Created the National Virtual Affiliate
The AAW National Virtual Affiliate was created for women who may not have a local affiliate, but still want to engage, learn, grow, and build relationships within American Agri-Women.
This is a community shaped by the women in it—where members share ideas, support one another, and take part in conversations that matter to agriculture and to each other.
Whether you’re looking to connect, learn, or step into leadership, there is a place for you here.
Together, we’re creating something that brings women in agriculture closer—no matter where they live.

Be Part of Something That’s Growing
This isn’t a finished program—it’s something being built by the women in it.
The AAW National Virtual Affiliate is growing into a community where women in agriculture connect, lead, and support one another across state lines.
Every conversation, every meeting, every new member adds to what this becomes.
This isn’t about joining something that’s already built.
It’s about being part of building it.

Your ideas matter here.
Your voice matters here.
And what you bring will help shape what this becomes.
We want to know more about you!
Every woman in agriculture has a story worth celebrating!
From working on the farm to advocating for agriculture in Washington, running a farmstay, studying Ag, building an agribusiness, or leading an incredible nonprofit, our NVA members are making a difference every day.

We want to get to know YOU!

Your Member Spotlight will help us build a directory of NVA members, connect women with shared interests and expertise, and celebrate the amazing work you do. We want to share your stories, highlight your businesses and organizations, and cheer you on through our NVA website, newsletters, and social media.

Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. This is your opportunity to introduce yourself to our NVA community and help us discover new ways to connect and support one another.
