📌 Our Position: AAW advocates for improved access to healthcare in rural America—including hospitals, clinics, telemedicine, and mental health services. We support policies that reduce the distance and cost barriers rural residents face when seeking care.

🏥 Why It Matters: Farmers and ranchers work in high-risk jobs with long hours and physical demands. Delayed care, lack of local services, or unaffordable options can put lives and livelihoods at risk. Healthcare access is a matter of rural survival.
